Our Youth Rocks!
The Youth team is taught by Pam Hanson and David Burks. Age group ranges from 6th grade to 12th grade students. The students are taught from the NIV Bible version so that they are able to comprehend the information being taught. The students are encourages to participate and learn how to become child of God as life transitions from chid to adulthood.

Information for Parents
What are we learning about in Sunday School?
At this time we are studying the "Armor of God". Children will learn the six pieces of spiritual armor described in Ephesians 6, which is the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of the gospel of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (God’s Word). They will discover what each piece represents, why we need them, and how prayer and scripture help us "put on" this armor daily. Through simple examples and activities, kids will practice standing firm against temptation, trusting God in hard times, speaking truth with love, and sharing the good news with others. The lesson will include a short memory verse and practical ways children can apply these truths at home, at school, and with their friends.
