A Youth work day at church is more than raking leaves or setting up chairs, it’s a hands-on experience where young people learn what it means to work for God in an atmosphere where teamwork and practical time management is experienced while serving God. Assisting to organizing a service project teaches planning and responsibility, while working with different ages helps to build patience and empathy. These projects also sharpen problem-solving, adaptability, and stewardship. The youth learns to care for facilities, finances, and people, all while offering real opportunities to practice humility, faith-driven work ethic, and servant leadership.
